POLICIES

Credit Card Policy:


To insure that both our time is respected, it is required that you put a credit card on file prior to booking an appointment online to cover any cancellation or no-show fees. There will be no charge to your card upon booking.



Cancellation Policy:


For your convenience, you may cancel any appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. If your card declines or you do not pay the fee you will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP.



No-Show Policy:


When you no-show to your appointment I am unable to fill that space, which results in a loss of time and money. I respect your time and kindly ask that you respect mine. No-show appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. If your card declines or you do not pay the fee you will be unable to re-book until the fee is paid. For emergency situations please call or text ASAP.



Late Policy:


Life happens. I understand. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late I will be unable to complete the service and we will have to reschedule your appointment.



Children:


I kindly ask that you do not bring children with you to any appointment for safety and for liability purposes. When dealing with sharp implements, chemicals and expensive equipment, I have to put the safety of you, your child and myself first. I apologize for any inconvenience.


If you are a parent and need to reschedule based on your child's schedule, I completely understand and am happy to accommodate you. I have nothing but the utmost respect for my parent clients and will accomodate in any way I can.



Other:


* Repeated cancellations and/or no-shows, inappropriate behavior and not abiding by these policies will result in refusal of service.
